At Counter Force System we offer personal fitness training to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. Our sessions help boost confidence, the immune system and both physical and mental health.

SD Basics

An overview programme introducing survivors to the skills of self defence including alert colour codes, soft skills and stages of action.

Escape & Evade

This course is designed to provide a high level of understanding of essential personal safety skills such as how to break out of wrist grabs, head locks, bear hugs and other holds.

Tai Chi Self Defence

Krav Maga

Krav Maga (pronounced “krahv mahGAH”) is an effective, modern, and dynamic self-defence and fighting system. It is designed to be practical and intuitive for people of any age, shape, or size. The techniques expand on your natural instincts to develop skills quickly and effectively, while enabling you to address attacks under any scenario. You will learn how to defend yourself and your loved ones, while gaining increased awareness and instinctive reflexes.

Multiple Attackers (Mass Attack)

Fighting two or more attackers, even if they are unarmed, is a "worst case scenario." However, as with any conflict, there are rules that can help you survive it.  At Counter Force System we teach you the skills you may need to survive.

Object Throwing

Delivered by a Guinness World Champion, at Counter Force System we use object throwing to teach discipline and help survivors increase their fine motor skills. Utilising a variety of objects, such as a tennis balls, our programme can strengthen:
